I adored the charming courtyard filled with lush plants, which provided a serene spot to relax. The easy access made it convenient for my senior friends and me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nearby attractions.
More comfortable seating in public areas would help seniors.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved visiting the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and walking around the vibrant streets. The location was perfect for exploring everything without being in the chaos. The swimming pool was a nice touch, and the staff was super helpful, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
One downside was the noise outside at night, making it hard to sleep. It's something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. Just bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sounds.

Loved the cozy courtyard vibe and relaxing pool area. Perfectly located for exploring the French Quarter. everything in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helped with local recommendations. The apartment had a cute, old-world charm. However, the pull-out sofa felt like sleeping on springs. very uncomfortable. Cleaning service could be improved. I had to ask multiple times for fresh towels. Parking was difficult, had to park a bit away from the building in a deck. Overall, the place has potential but needs a little updating and better maintenance.
